 On Wednesday, March 2, 2022, we will begin the season of Lent with Mass at the Campus Religious Center at 8:30pm.  All are welcome!

Tropical Night Game Night!

 Saturday, February 5, 2022, was Tropical Night at SMSU.  Much like Homecoming in the fall semester, Tropical Night is really a weekend filled with activities on Campus and in the Marshall community.  The climax of the day is the double header of men's and women's basketball. 

After the games, the Campus Religious Center was opened up for card and board games, snacks, and pizza.  Like last time, we had a great mix of students who are engaged in the ministries from the Campus Religious Center, as well as other students from campus.  

Thank you to David and William for bringing new games for us to learn.  Thank you to Lutheran Campus Ministries for ordering the pizzas and Catholic Campus Ministries for the other goodies.

Lefse Making at the CRC

 On January 29, we had our first CRC open Saturday at the CRC for the spring semester.  We learned how to make, and eat, lefse.  It was a brand-new experience for most of those who attended.  We did have one experienced lefse maker, and one experienced tortilla maker, in addition to the duo who put on the event, who helped the rest of us get the lefse made.  A special thank you to Lutheran Campus Ministry Board Member Dealyn, and First Lutheran member Deann, for the great experience.
