On January 29, we had our first CRC open Saturday at the CRC for the spring semester. We learned how to make, and eat, lefse. It was a brand-new experience for most of those who attended. We did have one experienced lefse maker, and one experienced tortilla maker, in addition to the duo who put on the event, who helped the rest of us get the lefse made. A special thank you to Lutheran Campus Ministry Board Member Dealyn, and First Lutheran member Deann, for the great experience.
